Position: Full-Time and Part-Time Fee for Service Clinician

Location: Providence, RI and East Providence and future locations throughout RI

Overview:

Community Counseling Partnerships is seeking dedicated and compassionate independently licensed or license-eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians to join our dynamic team. We have flexible hours and schedules to meet your needs. We have openings for both full-time and part-time clinicians within our co-located community behavioral health programs. These programs are integrated within medical practices, high schools, and various community agencies, providing essential support to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors facing behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a range of behavioral health issues.

- Utilize evidence-based approaches in treatment and support the development of these skills.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within community settings to ensure comprehensive care.

- Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing a culturally relevant and anti-racist lens in all interactions.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related discipline.

Licensure: MSW, LMHC, LMFT; must be independently licensed or license-eligible, including recent graduates.

Language Skills: Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those fluent in Spanish and Swahili.

Specific Program Locations:

1. Women’s Refugee Care: Work with newly arrived refugee families and individuals from Congo, providing culturally sensitive support and resources.

2. Pediatric Medical Office: Position would include individual, family and/ or group therapy.

3. Senior Center: Individual and group therapy at various locations.

4. School positions: triage, individual and group therapy.
